No, the requirements are senior management experience and we will accept applicants of all ages.


What happens if my email address has changed?

You will need to reapply using the online application form.


How often can I expect to hear from you about Future Directors?

If you meet the specific requirements a Host Board is seeking and are shortlisted for an opportunity, you will be contacted. If you do not hear from us it is only because the current host boards we are working have a different set of criteria on which they are seeking at that point in time. We send newsletters to our candidate database on a quarterly basis which include an update of recent placements, news and Future Director stories.


Why is my gender and age relevant to my application?

Some boards may be looking for specific groups of people to fulfill their own organisational requirements or objectives to ensure a wide range of board member perspectives.


What if I no longer wish to be on the Future Directors database?

Please email us at and we can delete your application.


What happens if I forget my password?

You can request to reset your password by clicking on the button on the Future Drectors website. An email will be sent to you with instructions on how to reset your password.


What happens if I want to update my details, or add a new CV?

You can login to the Future Directors website and update your details or upload an updated CV at any time.
